The Path to Power quest is pretty simple. Get Aeacus Empowered at /Judgement, there should be parties there. 17,500 Tokens with Shogun pet, use the current LT boost and that's under 3 hours.
All info is can be found in the AQWWiki. It's very straightforward. Depends if you are a member of the legion or not, or if you have either swordmaster/blademaster class (if you do, you can do the shortcut quest called "The Path to Power", instead of "Legion Sword Training".
I think I went Path of Power (PoP) because legion token farming is easy if you got a good pet but I can see why people vote Legion Sword Training (LST). If you do not have good classes to use for niche situations like an enemy that can 1 shot you, LST is probably easier as a "class friendly" quest. Keyword: Probably.
