    You'll see your shared mailbox and all the folders it contains under your own on the left. If you want to reply to an email as though it's coming from your shared mailbox and not yourself, be sure to double-check the From field is right before you click send.

    Click where your name and display photo are in the top right (on the web navigation bar). In the drop-down, select Open another mailboxand search for your mailbox name to open it in a new window. Any emails you send from this new window will appear to come from your shared mailbox and not yourself.

    Similar to the Outlook Client option, you'll see your shared mailbox and the folders it contains appear underneath your own on the left. You can look at the emails but if you reply to any, your response will appear to come from your personal email rather than the shared mailbox.
