"The Face of Fear" is one of the best television movies I've ever seen. The underrated Kevin Conroy (best known as the voice of the animated Batman) plays one intense and psychotic serial killer.
Finally, a Kevin Conroy movie that’s arguably kinda decent. Conroy (as a serial killer) stalks a married couple who help the police solve crimes, like a modern Nick and Nora Charles. Except Nick’s also psychic.
