  3. Review by Mike ★★★½. City of Shadows aka Nightmare City (NOT to be confused with Umberto Lenzi's zombie movie from 7 years prior) is a fairly compelling, low budget futuristic crime film that also doesn't make a ton of sense. Paul is a cop in the future who has periodic fits of rage.
