This mod similar like zero version, but my version 10 % like npcc. Example, premade sim or played npc sim will take community lot role such like bartender, gym trainer, librarian, and more without their real career lose.
One of the most anti-immersive things about the Sims 4 is that the townies can pretty much just be little shell people walking around doing nothing, having no personality, etc etc. So, I've developed a small obsession with mods that improve townie realism, automatically assign them personality features, and/or fix their strange outfit choices.
Ever have random generated townies showing up when you travel to community lots (bar, gym, restaurant, etc.) with your sims? Are they wearing wacky outfits and have odd hair colors and skins, and overall just infesting your game and your manage households? The NPCC Mod, has come to the rescue!

This mod prevents the constant generating of Homeless Townie households found in the Manage Households window. In my game it appears to be stopped completely except for the creation of individual sims who are Service Sims like the Maids, Gardeners for the parks, Pizza Purveyors, the Fishermen and Mailman.
A quick video on how to use Paulson’s “NPC Control Mod” to completely STOP Random Townies from appearing in your game, and for it to instead use your own, presumably better looking Sims which you’ve added into the game yourself!
Jan 15, 2021 · hello, a month ago i added this mod and it's working perfectly, there's only 11 randon townies left (which is the exact amount of the service sims) but after i added 'no more same sims everywhere mod' ( http://modthesims.info/d/557279 ) the game start regenerating homeless townies again.
