Out of the Ashes provides a forever home to large (and occasionally small) animals in need.
Out of the Ashes is a large animal rescue located in Sebringville Ontario. Currently, we have nearly 100 animals we care for daily. Almost all of these animals are rescues. We specialize in the care of rescue equines, and have horses of all shapes and sizes.

Oct 19, 2021 · Out of the Ashes, a rescue many consider a hidden gem in the small rural town west of Stratford, is home to 92 large animals. Nearly 40 are horses, but the sanctuary also cares for cattle, water buffaloes, goats and llamas, including many that require long-term medical attention due to years of neglect.
Mar 8, 2023 · Out of the Ashes Large Animal Rescue – a grassroots, family-run shelter in Sebringville, west of the Festival City – will host field trips for about a dozen local elementary school classes beginning this month. The field trips complement a variety of lessons developed by Diane Luckhart.
