Our main intakes for the Prep School are Early Years (Nursery 3+ and Reception 4+) and Year 3 (7+), which girls enter in the September following their seventh birthday. We sometimes have occasional places in other years.
Streatham & Clapham High School was founded as Brixton Hill High School in February 1887 by the Girls’ Public Day School Trust as one of their earliest member schools.
Streatham & Clapham High School is a private day school for girls aged 3 to 18, in south London. The school was founded in 1887 by the Girls' Public Day School Company, which established schools for girls providing academic, moral and religious education. The Head is Cathy Ellott.
