Theodore Carl Flood is independent filmmaker, writer & director. An Oklahoma native, he was introduced and enthralled with westerns from a young age while watching them with his grandpa and father. After moving to Los Angeles he became a member of IATSE local 728 set lighting technicians union in 2007 and is a graduate of Columbia College Hollywood, 2010.
