  3. When to use M mode in an automatic car? My car has an M mode with +,- options next to it. From what I understand, this is the sport mode where I can simulate gear shifting, going from 1-5. I'm wondering if anyone can explain to me how to use this mode properly or if I would be better off ignoring it. I've been playing around with it where I drive.
