Idk comparing them is stupid both Anime, and Manga are different. Anime is more "super", while the manga is a lot less super, and more tame. The anime wrote Black to be this over powered monster house. It's basically if Goku was born a Kai, and trained all his life with God Ki. That's what Black is in the anime.
