Rossano Brazzi (18 September 1916 – 24 December 1994) was an Italian actor. He moved to Hollywood in 1948 and was propelled to international fame with his role in the English-language film Three Coins in the Fountain (1954), followed by the leading male role in David Lean 's Summertime (1955), opposite Katharine Hepburn . Biografia. Esordì nel 1938 sul grande schermo, recitando ruoli minori in quattro pellicole prima di ottenere il suo primo ruolo da protagonista impersonando Edmund Kean nel film Kean (1940), diretto da Guido Brignone. Sul palcoscenico arrivò nel 1939 recitando in La cena delle beffe di Sem Benelli.
