Owned 100% by Wallonia, this S.A. is a purely economic fund initiated in 2001 with a view to creating jobs by developing and sustaining a regional audiovisual industry through targeted investments with multiplier effects.

Since 2017, Wallimage has been co-financing pilots for flow television works (unscripted programs). This involves granting a conditionally recoverable advance to a producer to enable him or her to put into images a concept that will have been judged original and promising.
