Oct 27, 2019 · Midsomer Murders/John Nettles/Neil Dudgeon I love this tv series whether I am watching reruns or new episodes it doesn't matter to me. The leading characters in the show DCI Tom Barnaby,His Wife Joyce and Daughter Cully are wonderful and whilst you don't see much of the latter 2 in the first few episodes they do gradually appear more frequently.

"Midsomer Murders" is a top notch cross between the old-fashioned Agatha Christie whodunits & modern day TV police procedurals. A British perennial favorite, much like "Law and Order" series is to US viewers, the fun is in twisty plots, colorful characters, & top notch acting.
Apr 17, 2020 · John Nettles original show "Bergerac" Season ! and Season II is currently running om Amazon Prime. The show is is good (scripts & acting) if you can get past the 1980's production values. Bergerac drives a 1947 Triumph Roadster and the car is pretty cool.

They also hijacked the plural form of a singular person. He was great as the gay boyfriend of Stacy Keach in a story arc on Two and a Half Men.
Jan 21, 2019 · I'm loving burning through this show during the COVID-19 epidemic. Almost finished with the John Nettles episodes. Loved all the DTs so far, but was surprised that John Hopkins as Dan Scott didn't last very long. Loved the surprise visit of Daniel Casey as Troy for the Cully marriage episode. The show isn't kind to the British upper classes.
