Jun 16, 2020 · Select the resize icon at the bottom of your screen to see available aspect ratios. Select a different aspect ratio for autofill to reframe and retrack your video. Open the Transform inspector to see options for Fit and Fill. Fit scales your video down in order to include the entire frame inside the new aspect ratio.

Sep 20, 2019 · To solve the problem, I right-click on a clip and choose > Find and Connect to find the clip on my hard drive via Finder or Explorer and relink the media file by locating the file, selecting it, and then clicking the Open button. Then, the clip will be reconnected and perform as expected. That should resolve the issue.

Jun 11, 2021 · Creating a new Admin account is a workaround. Thanks for walking the community through that. I have heard that if the codec is installed, it could be a permissions issue here: C:\Users\Public\Documents\AdobeInstalledCodecsTier2\3.0. Granting R/W permission access to folders in this file path might solve the issue.
