We are local brewers crafting traditional style ales and lagers using all natural ingredients. We stand committed to locally produce unique and drinkable, fresh craft beer of the highest quality.
Our menu is available for take out as well. Give us a call at the brewery (289-876-8657) to place an order. In our smokehouse restaurant we offer up top quality dishes with a focus on smoking meats and veg. We also use our beer & spent grain in most dishes.

JUST ANNOUNCED: Will Rowe is back at Brimstone Brewing Company on October 18 and we are thrilled. He is always bringing great tunes for us. Music starts at 6 pm. Admission is free and the drinks are cold. Grab a snack if you like.
