I had some more questions about the tascam dm-4800, we are thinking of getting 2 of them and linking them together, and based on your experience with a single desk, how do you think it will work with 2? will the outboard meters show the same thing, or will they show what each desk is attempting to display?

  6. Dec 17, 2003 · Hi Joni and congratulations on getting your DM4800 up an running with Sonar. You are correct that the fader 1-24 levels do indeed affect the input gain to your DAW. Look at the .pdf of the DM's schematic (available on the Tascam website).
