SSB is easier. It's applying the power boost of Super Saiyan to god form. It's a ×50 boost. SSB Evolved is less clear. But using it at the ToP put Vegeta roughly on Par with Goku's Blue Kaioken ×20. And it's visually similar to a Grade 2 Super Saiyan.
It's not actually said within any official material that it's related to combining his Wrathful state with Super Saiyan, but is rather just some mutated evolution of his Super Saiyan (his own branch like Super Saiyan 2).
