Jun 3, 2020 · The issue has finally been resolved today. The Public Mobile moderator opened a ticket with the Telus Technical team. I was then in direct contact with the Telus team via phone and SMS to get this resolved. The Telus team updated something (they didn't specify what it was), and it's now fixed.
