Apr 30, 2023 · #1. Hey folks, I have been offered a used Tascam DM 4800, seller says that everything is working. It has a IF-AN/DM card also. Any tips on what to check for when I go to inspect the item next week? I will (Hopefully) be using it with an iMac on High Sierra and Logic.
Jun 12, 2017 · My main complaint is that the screens go wiggy but can be replaced with a part order from Tascam. So check the screen!!! A company named "2Seemy" make a Graphics card so you can display your screen on an external monitor.

Mar 26, 2008 · It gives me 16 pres/lines in, 16 analog inserts, 16 ADs, 16 DAs (most of which I don't use as I either mix ITB or in a different room), and 16 channels to control PT via HUI (level, solo, mute & panning).
