Feb 9, 2013 · if i read this correctly it seems to be a different thing. this is a soft 4 track, not a remote control surface for a DM4800. Do I have that right? I have seen an ipad app in the itunes store called v control pro that claims to be able to provide remote control of protools and other DAWs over wifi. Do you know anything about it?
Jun 12, 2017 · You don't have to dig thru as many layers to do things once you get your head wrapped around the Tascam. The software also makes it super cool with the exhaustive metering, complete snapshot capabilities and troubleshooting facilities.
Mar 26, 2008 · In the DM-4800, all of those "16s" would be "24s." That's the main difference between the two consoles. The DM-4800 also has more analog aux sends than the DM-3200, great for cue sends.
