      • Despite the overused concept however ARQ is still an entertaining movie, it wastes no time getting into the action and there are plenty of twists and turns to keep viewers guessing. Well worth a watch.

  7. ARQ is a low budget film made in Canada without any big name stars. Often when I watch such sci-fi films i'm disappointed, as poor acting, plot, or cheep sets get in the way. However, ARQ was very well acted and the low budget didn't distract.

  8. ARQ’s reach may never exceed its grasp, but its performances, zig-zagging plot, and slick cinematography leave little wanting for science-fiction fans in the mood for something a little heartier than usual. If it relies too heavily on its influences, it’s certainly not alone.
