1)If a scene is deleted from a movie, it didn't happen. 2) Let's say the scene existed in the movie, this wouldn't change Conan or the Princess' reaction to the preceeding events. They didn't know the king had died. I'm glad King Osoric's death was deleted because it would lessen the ending's impact on the audience.
