is one of two English dubs of Winx Club 3D - Magica avventura. This redub of the film was produced by Atlas Oceanic and commissioned by Nickelodeon US, due to the fact that in February 2011, Viacom - who had just acquired the Winx Club franchise - announced that Magica avventura and Il segreto del regno perduto would be re-released through its subsidiary Paramount Pictures.

On February 19, 2013, Nickelodeon held a special screening of the film at the TCL Chinese Theatre in Hollywood. It later premiered on television on May 20 of the same year on Nickelodeon in the United States, and was released on DVD by Paramount on August 13 of the same year.

As stated before, for reasons unknown, this dub of the movie had half of its runtime shortened. The following is a list of all of the cuts and plot changes:

•The opening scene with the live reporter is shortened as, it was altered to her just talking about Princess Bloom going to the Princess Ball, while in the original, she talks about the famous planet Magix, with a slight recap of the first film.

•This is in line with a major plot change in this dub, which is that Sky does not propose to Bloom, and instead asks her to be his date to a "princess ball". This was possibly done to keep the dub in the same continuity as the series' revival, in which the Winx are students attending Alfea again.

•Daphne and Griffin are entirely absent in this dub.

•Bloom meeting Daphne at the beginning was removed.

•Only six songs were in this dub: "Magical Adventure", "Forever", "Don't Wake Me Up", "Famous Girls", "Believix, You're Magical", and "Love is a Miracle".

•Asides from the film's runtime being shortened in half, there are futher differences between this dub and the dub by Dubbing Brothers:

•The title does not contain the word "3D."

•The Dubbing Brothers dub uses the terminology from the 4Kids dub of the series, because although it was released after the Winx Club franchise had been acquired by Viacom, it was produced and released before the Atlas Oceanic dub of the series premiered. This dub uses the terminology from the Atlas Ocenaic dub.

•All of the songs are reused from the dub by Dubbing Brothers.
