- You realise that rent is expensive after you move to Vancouver. Once you start looking for a permanent place, make sure to have enough money for month upfront and deposit.
- Be careful of scams when looking for a house in Vancouver. Never send or give any money before you see the person, sign a contract and get the keys. We messaged several locations before any response.
