Just tried Phil Sandoval for the first time. Service was very good. Nicely decorated restaurant, very busy. Had the guacamole appetizer which was good, salsa also had a little heat to it. I had the beef taco and beef burrito both were good. My wife had the pork burrito which had a verde sauce and green rice. It was good Mexican food.
