  5. Neither Brosnan's strongest Bond nor his weakest, The World Is Not Enough is a solid installment with good action, and some uncharacteristic depth to the romance. It also gives Judi Dench's M more time to shine, and could be seen as something of a precursor to Skyfall in that respect.
