  2. Montreuil (French pronunciation: [mɔ̃tʁœj] ⓘ), also known unofficially as Montreuil-sous-Bois (pronounced [mɔ̃tʁœj su bwa]), is a commune in the eastern suburbs of Paris, France. It is located 6.6 km (4.1 mi) from the centre of Paris, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department and in the Métropole du Grand Paris.

  3. Montreuil is a small town to the west of the Pas-de-Calais department of northern France. The town is also known as Montreuil-sur-Mer, despite being 12 kilometres from the sea. During the medieval period it was a very important port for the Calais region.
