Sep 29, 2024 · Rutland House was a Palladian-style brick mansion built in 1752–3 by John Manners, 3rd Duke of Rutland, on a freehold estate in Knightsbridge. It was the residence of his mistress and son, and later of his grandson, the Marquess of Granby, until it was pulled down in the 1830s.
