Oct 25, 2018 · 1st Season 1984. Jessica must solve the murder of the wealthy Stephen Earl, and becomes embroiled in a family deceit and greed. A family wedding brings Jessica to San Francisco where the bridegrrom-to-be must first be cleared of murder charges.
Jessica arrives in San Francisco for the imminent wedding of her niece Vicky to Howard. Vicky shares that she is worried Howard is having an affair, matchboxes naming a club take Vicky and Jessica there one night, a surprise awaits, and a murder. This is very much a lighter tones episode to the two that went before.
However, a feather from the pillow is discovered at the scene by Jessica and used to incriminate him. See, he got rid of the pillow in Al's room which muffled the shot, but realized belatedly that people would see the missing pillow and realize what he'd done.
