Newsnight Scotland. Newsnight Scotland was a BBC Scotland nightly current affairs television programme which ran for 14-and-a-half years between 1999 and 2014. It was broadcast at 11pm on Mondays to Thursdays, replacing the last twenty minutes of the network Newsnight programme on BBC2 Scotland .
