I’d like to open the Bonus Saver account (4.10% AER if no more than 3 withdrawals are made within the 12-month term) and have a few questions: 1. I already have a credit card with Halifax.

I was looking to settle this loan early, and when I use their early closure calculator it says if I settle early the figure is £16133 saving £1650 on interest. May 23, 2010 · To order online, log in, go to the specific account and select "Tax Information" from the left hand menu. If you "Request tax information" this will give you the numbers that you want to play with, but won't provide the tax certificate. Select "Request Tax Certificate" for that! For the last 6 months or so I have been making small overpayments on my Halifax mortgage via online banking. Do I need to contact Halifax to specify that I would like the overpayments to reduce the term of the mortgage?
Feb 26, 2024 · Halifax bank repeatedly declining payment. My ancient iPad is coming to the end now, so I saved up enough money for a new one and placed the order with Apple. Only problem is, Halifax declined the payment. I contacted Halifax, and they said something about daily limits, only I have actually spent over that amount in the past.

Since then Halifax went through some difficulties etc and got taken over. I did receive some information years ago but can't recall what it said.
