Park Information. A red mill set on the blue waters of Huzzah Creek is as pretty a picture as there is in Missouri, and that’s the setting for Dillard Mill State Historic Site. The site interprets one of the state’s best-preserved gristmills, completed in 1908. Most of the machinery in the mill is still intact and original to the building.

10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday; closed Monday and Tuesday. Please note there will also be times when the office is temporarily closed while staff are working on the grounds. The office telephone is monitored throughout the day for messages. Tour one of Missouri's best-preserved examples of a water-powered gristmill.
