Now do a right click on the shortcut and select properties. At target you must add the parameters after the exe name.

4. However, you can. Start the application with the shortcut. Open Task Manager. Find the just started app (by name). Right click on it and Open file location. Now you can make customized shortcuts based on the same application. I know this isn't a perfect solution but might be adequate. Share.

May 19, 2020 · Go to (aka 'run'): "%ProgramFiles (x86)%\Microsoft\Edge\Application". Create a shortcut to msedge.exe on your desktop. Rename it to whatever.. Right click that shortcut and go to "Properties", then "Shortcut" tab. In the target field, append as many url's to the end as you like separated with spaces.

File Explorer is undergoing big changes in Windows 11 Insider and so it is best just to leave File Explorer properties that cannot be changed alone. Share.

Then make a shortcut to that shortcut and put it on the desktop, verifying that non-admin users can execute it.
