Annie Golden (born October 19, 1951) is an American actress and singer, who appeared in the show Miami Vice as an unnamed prostitute causing trouble in a NYPD station in the episode "The Prodigal Son", and Tommy, Crockett's Ferrari mechanic in the episodes "One Way Ticket" and "Florence Italy".

Golden is best known for portraying mute Norma Romano in the Netflix comedy-drama streaming television series Orange Is the New Black from 2013 to 2019. In 1985–1986 she appeared as the recurring character Tommy in Miami Vice, and from 1989 to 1992 she portrayed the recurring role of Margaret O'Keefe on the classic sitcom Cheers.
