I believe you need to pass the AOSB (army officer selection board) to get onto either the reserve officer course or the regular officer course. The AOSB is the same for both roles, you'll be doing it with people wanting to commission into the reserves or into the regs.
So I'm looking to apply to Sandhurst but for a reserve officer. I've found a lot on the boarding process for regular Officer, but not reserve. I am curious as to how the selection is different and if you have done it, your experience of it.

Consolidated training courses are run at Sandhurst allowing you to potentially complete all of your Reserve Officer training in a single eight week package. The course ends with a formal Commissioning Parade in front of Old College to which family and friends can be invited.
