Ridestore AB also owns a very similar outerwear brand called Montec . I contacted the staff several times (sorry:D) and I always got an immediate response, with all the team being extremely patient, friendly and helpful.

Hats off to Dope 👏 I had an amazing experience returning a snowboarding jacket (didn’t fit well on my 12 yrs son), it was fast and easy, and with the costumer service, who was very helpful and thoughtful replacing a google lens. Great brand for snow sports. This is my second season using their jackets. The jackets are ( in my opinion) the perfect jacket for skiing. The material they use are nice because it’s waterproof and doesn’t get that wet because the water just becomes a pearl and just falls of. Date of experience: February 22, 2023.
