On September 11, 2020, Jiwoo opened her YouTube channel and shared her first vlog. Then, in less than two weeks, she gain over a million of subscribers. On March 21, 2021, she appered in the variety show Learn Wayas mentor. On March 22, 2021, Cube Entertainmentannounced that Jiwoo had signed an exclusive contract with the company as influencer. On December 16, 2021, the number of her Instagram followers exceeded 10 million. This is the first among domestic influencer models.
