By car, it's effortless and parking is easy out here. The streets in the western part of San Francisco are laid out like a grid; all of the east-west named streets (as opposed to numbered) run out to Ocean Beach, which forms the western edge of San Francisco. Ocean Beach is easy to get to by public transportation as well. The street car Muni lines, N-Judah and L-Taravalrun from Embarcadero downtown all the way out to Ocean Beach.
