La Estrategia Del Caracol is a rebelliously film at heart. It's story revolves around a set of tenants sharing a building set for eviction by it's big-shot landlord. In fighting this order of eviction, the tenants form a sort of commune, going through a process where many members must change and make sacrifices for the good of the community.
