Thought Crimes is a serviceable action programmer -- not bad, but nothing special -- notable mainly for giving its attractive star, Navi Rawat, her first leading role. Rawat plays a telepathic girl overwhelmed by the cacophony of voices in her head and wrongly hospitalized as insane.
Thoughtcrimes. A government researcher (Peter Horton) has an ulterior motive for training a young woman (Navi Rawat) to control her telepathic gift.
