Nov 27, 2021 · Can play steam and Epic games together. Yes. There is a network in the game called Apex Connect which allows players to play between Epic and Steam. I gotta warn you though, the server is down daily. Better stay on the same platform until it gets better.

Now on the group menu you should have an option to add friends from different platforms, if they're online on Epic Games, they should show up. I was playing with a friend from Epic that I had invited. We got to level 8/10 in a match before the server disconnected us.
