The Academy Awards® headed back to the Ambassador Hotel for its fifth edition, this time heading to the famed hotel’s Fiesta Room on November 18th, 1932. The ceremony was co-hosted by Conrad Nagel and Lionel Barrymore. Grand Hotel went home with the Best Picture and the Best Actor category saw a tie between Wallace Beery and Fredric March.
