In relation to the email sent at xx:xx on the xx/xx/xxxx stating that my account "has been permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulation of game data" (case number xxxxxxxx) and that my ban will not be overturned is completely unfair for someone who has paid £84.99 for the game and has never run any type of cheating software on my PC or any PC for that matter.

  3. As many of you know by now, using the Activision Ban Appeal system is a useless effort. As it is most certainly an automated system and not a manually reviewed process as they (Activision) claim it to be.
