  2. Not long after submitting my appeal to Activision I got back a generic autoreply email starting that they weren't going to overturn the ban. I've evidence to show that I wasn't cheating and will happily let them run checks on my PC to support that, but I've no way to get that information over to them.

    • Call them to get in touch with customer service. Reach the Activision team by phone at +1 (310)-255-2000. Calling them can help you get in contact with someone directly.
    • Reach out to an Activision Support Ambassador for help. Support Ambassadors are volunteers who answer questions real-time. It's a pretty cool program—in exchange for helping answer questions, Ambassadors often get free in-game gear or other cool stuff.
    • Visit the Activision support page. Once you've selected the problem you're having, follow the onscreen directions that pop up. For most common issues, you'll be taken to a troubleshooting page.
    • Email Activision's PR department for media requests. The PR department can help if you're writing a story or article. If you work for the media and you want to talk to Activision's press team, email them at pr@activisionblizzard.com.
