Had kitchen fitted March 2021. Few minor issues with units and floor, but all sorted reasonably, my main displeasure is the marble worktops, bought and installed by Howdens, big mistake, firstly had to reseal the sink , because had a leak where the seal was crap, then the edges are not even , have tried to get a response from Howden but no joy.

We bought ours from Howdens Aintree in October 2023 and is about to be fitted October 2024. It was a great design with fantastic attention to detail but as the building work started this summer there needed to be changes. This is when you know if you have a good kitchen company or not.
Nothing was too much trouble and we found Mollie to be really great with helping us with our design and making as many amendments as needed! We love our new kitchen and it has been a stress free process throughout as everything was handled perfectly. Definitely would recommend. Date of experience: October 01, 2024.

The staff at howdens worked quickly to get the engineer out to access the fridge. Engineer confirmed product BER. The replacement arrived quickly and the engineers were back within 24 hrs to fit new fit new fridge and remove broken fridge. I was kept informed during the process and the new fridge has another 3 year warranty.
