hello, my account has been suspended for restricted products. this is the first time I have encountered such a suspension. and I am also dropshipping. although I have appealed to amazon several times, I have received a rejection. and in the last mail it says that you must provide documents and evidence that you have not committed this violation. unfortunately I do not have such a document.

I Just got my first FBM order for amazon.ca. My amazon canada product is listed for 53.00$ and a 4.99$ Shipping price. I want to ship my first product out but i cannot see the option of “BUY SHIPPING”. I only see print packing slip, cancel order and confirm shipment.
For sellers on Amazon.ca who ship goods to customers located anywhere in Canada from a location in Canada (domestic transaction), and who have not registered their GST/HST registration with Amazon: Amazon will be responsible for calculating, collecting, and remitting GST/HST on your domestic transactions starting July 1, 2021.
Effective July 1, 2022, Amazon will be responsible for calculation, collection, and remittance of BC PST on all taxable goods sold in the Amazon.ca store that ship from within Canada to a buyer located in British Columbia.
I am a new seller on Amazon.ca. I am already registered for GST/HST but not for PST in the 4 provinces (BC, Sask, Manitoba, Quebec). I was trying to setup my seller central in a way that Amazon can collect GST/HST on my behalf. However, it also asks me if I want to collect PST. Now I am not currently registered for PST in any of the provinces.
Jul 16, 2024 · The US is included for free with your Amazon Canada Seller account. It's $29.99 CDN per month for Canada and access to the USA selling account. The only way to stop charges is to change to an individual account, not a professional account.
Amazon help says you can "Confirm the carrier is added to your Carrier prioritization in Buy Shipping preferences. If a carrier is prioritised, then only prioritized carriers will be eligible in Buy Shipping.
