I've racked up 4 billion kill points, am a rally and garrison lead, and have spent a lot of time talking with fighters- most of us agree, Ottoman is an easy recommendation. Alliance members can attack the same enemy together by joining the rallied army via the alliance panel. If the target cannot be rallied against but can be attacked by other Alliance members, then alliance members should simply dispatch their troops individually and coordinate a joint attack.
