Oct 11, 2019 · Most minor, moderate, and major updates are announced by Hyperant on the Official Discord Server or in the lobby, specifically in the logs located in the bottom right corner. However, certain smaller changes, such as minor bug fixes and patches, may not be fully announced and may be added covertly.
Jun 27, 2014 · I've tried two Assassin mode games against the AI and in both games it seems like it is assigning us to teams. For players on my "team" there is no fog of war. I can see the name of their leader from the start of the game.
Assassin! is an official game mode in Rise of Nations. Nations are assigned a target and can only attack the cities and units of the specified enemy. Generally speaking, players can only attack one nation at a time while trying to defend themselves from being invaded by their "assassin".
There's a big problem with big nations like China, Brazil, and especially the USA colonizing other continents, especially in Europe. It's a common annoyance when the USA annexes Portugal and/or Spain, and China invades Europe through an allied Russia.
