I use the unofficial one https://genshin-impact-map.appsample.com/ The best unofficial interactive map so far. Fast, light weight, good scroll! The community is great! I play with the map open. Either I mark as I find stuff while exploring, or I pick a section of the map and hunt everything there. For me this is the best way too explore.
