Unfortunately, flowing lava doesn't move mobs. But if you're looking for a blaze spawner farm, consider using the blaze AI to get them to move into the killing chamber on their own. Basically you have your 9x9x9 room with the spawner centered three blocks under the ceiling, surrounded by glass, and you have one 2x1 opening in a corner.
